Guardian Restoration at 42734 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan.

So after we had a pipe burst in the bathroom we had one of the large restoration companies (who I will not name) for the initial cleanup and was very unimpressed by the work they did. So I hired a new company that was recommended by a friend for the restoration part of the job. Guardian worked with my adjuster and made sure to get everything covered. It was a first floor bathroom so the water had damaged drywall in the basement as well as the flooring, in the bathroom we had most of the drywall replaced as well as the vanity and marble floor. They actually seem to care about doing a high quality job which is rare these days. Finished product was great. Will definitely refer to family and friends as they also do quite a bit of home renovation.
