Panera Bread at 36808 Van Dyke, Sterling Heights, Michigan.

I had to edit my 2 star review to a 5 star just on the amazing service I received tonight from Amanda. I did a online order that I picked up. I looked at the bag and it said everything was good so I left with out question. When o got home I was missing a small Mac and cheese. I was upset due to having to leave and go back out. So I called to see what could be done . Amanda answered the phone and dropped guy away she apologized and said come back for a replacement. ( I only live like 5–10 minuets away so I went). When I go there I walked up to the counter and a very nice young man ( he had a name tag on but I can’t remember) asked how he could help? All I said was I was missing... and he said hold on I will grab that for you. Got Amanda she gave me my bag and treat from thE bakery and i went home. That’s the kind of service I am talking about! Thank you
