Beware when dealing with this company and Paul (one of the owners of the company) specifically. You can never speak to a live person you always get voicemail. We have used them for the past 5 years. We had issues this year with five current shrubs that are dead. We called Paul 3 times to have him check on them and all he said was yes they were dead. When we called back to see if he was going to be responsible to replace them we never received a call back. It is clear to us that Paul does not care if his customers are satisfied. There are quite a few other tree and shrub companies around that exhibit a higher level of customer care. I would have rated them a zero but 1 was the lowest I could give them.
