Horrible customer service!!! We ordered through Grub Hub, which gave us a 45 min delivery time. After an hour, we were alerted it would be another hour! So I called the restaurant. Since my food had already been sitting there for at least 40 minutes, I asked if they could remake it and I'd pick it up, pay them directly and I'd cancel with grub hub. They said NO! Because they'd have throw the food away. I replied that theyd have to throw it away anyway when I canceled the grub hub order. They'd be keeping my business by remaking it. They still said no because they couldn't control Grub Hub. I explained that they COULD control their customer service and yet they still declined. Hence...This review.
