HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! ROCHELLE is the front desk assistant and has a nasty attitude. I don't understand why she works there. While sitting in the waiting room she got into an argument with another woman at the window because she gave out false information over the phone then denied service when the lady arrived. Same with me. Told me one story on the phone, then because she had gotten into with the lady she gives me attitude when she calls me back. Mind you, I'm not feeling well at all from a toothache I had so I'm not going to argue with anyone. Plus, I felt bad about the previous issue she was having with the lady before me. But she's mouthing off saying I had the wrong form and to come back tomorrow. Okay fine. She asks me do I want her to shred the paperwork o already filled out I say no because I don't want to have to do all this over tomorrow when I come back. She continues to argue and proceeds to shred my paperwork after I told her no. I asked three times for the correct documents and she kept talking about the law. I said ok can I have the paperwork please. She tells me to leave but for what? Just because you've had a terrible morning and don't want to be at work don't give patients that's paying for a service an attitude. The other nurses there are awesome but ROCHELLE needs to be fired. She lacks basic customer service skills to be the age she is!!! If you think about coming here DON'T. There are other clinics in the area!
