Finish Line at 14600 Lakeside Circle, Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Just left this Finishline at Lakeside Mall. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. A simple online return turned into a nightmare. The receipt states we are able to make returns within 30 days. The shoes were not even worn, and were being returned the state I received them. Apparently they have had a lot of fraud which prevented the manager, Kyle, to give me a return, exchange, or even a store credit. "I ain't doin that" is what I was told. After feeling harrassed and embarrassed in front of other customers, I stepped outside to call the company customer service line, the representative explained I had every right to be able to return the shoes. The representative then called the store to speak with Kyle, after them going back and forth, he eventually begrudgingly made the return. This was such a hassel and compelete embarrassment. The whole ordeal was unnecessary and completely unprofessional. They have lost a good customer for certain, including friends and family who are now aware of the type of service they will receive here. I'm not a thief, I buy my items.
