As clients of this agency, my wife and I were ignored. And the agency did not do the one thing we called them to do. This agency failed at providing even basic customer support and failed at doing their job.

Our condo owners policy got reassigned to Lisa Rich a few months ago. We just sold our condo and needed to cancel our policy. Two weeks before our closing, my wife called and left Lisa Rich a message. The agency never returned the call. My wife ended up having to call State Farm's support and get them to make contact for us. We got a call after that and had them cancel our policy effective for our closing date. Four days after our closing, we find out our policy had not been cancelled yet. We had State Farm transfer our account to a different agent, who was able to cancel our old policy and start a policy on our new house for us.
