Sears Appliance Repair at 14100 Lakeside Circle, Sterling Heights, Michigan.

While the repair (replacement of our dishwasher control panel) was executed in a timely fashion, we were not informed that the replacement part color would not be the same. Our white panel was replaced with a black version. This was discovered when the service tech opened the box and pulled out the new part. We were told that color options were scarce and this was probably all that remained. We should have been told this during the initial visit when the part was being ordered and a decision on potential could have been made at that time.
