Walmart Supercenter at 33201 Van Dyke, Sterling Heights, Michigan.

The service I got from the auto center was beyond terrible. I ordered tires online to be picked up and installed but when I went to get them, the cashier said he couldn’t find them. He offered no solution, just looked at me said “sorry, I don’t know”. After making it clear that I wasn’t leaving without the products that I had already paid for, he asked another cashier from a different department to look for them. Low and behold, there they suddenly were. I had to go to the pickup counter to get the receipt. After waiting 15 minutes for this receipt, I walked back to the auto center to wait another 15 minutes in line just to be told that they could not, after all, put the tires on my car. They were “out of the thing to balance the tires”.

I had said I wanted them to be installed when I first arrived to pick them up. Perhaps they could have given me this information at that time instead of making me wait a half hour.

I left very confused and irritated.
